What my practice means to me -

I believe that yoga is for anyone and everyone to enjoy and benefit from. Yoga gives us the time and space to reflect on our relationship with ourselves and the world around us. I fell in love with yoga because of the connection it forms - to your breath, your body, and the people around you.

Come enjoy 45 minutes of yoga with the Monika. She will be empowering you, so get ready to breath, meditate and stretch.

In my classes, you’ll find appointive spce to explore your mind and body, deepen your practice, and have fun! Yoga can be so much more than just a workout. It’s practice, and it’s our deepest intention to move you physically and mentally. My intention is to provide you with the space and setting to settle into your practice and enjoy yourself.
