What my practice means to me -

What initially drew mw to yoga was the physical practice, but what became clear over the years was how the practice was affecting my mind and spirit. Yoga as Benn an actor of self-compassion, and inner-strength on my journey through motherhood, and continues to keep me centered through life’s twists and turns.
